Group organizing for
parents of students
who face special
challenges
A group for parents
of children who face
special challenges
is being organized.
This will be an
informal group
focused on
information
gathering and
support…and yes,
fun! The format will
be a dinner
get-together. We’ll
meet at a restaurant
and enjoy a meal as
well as
conversation. If
your family includes
a child who faces
challenges beyond
those typically
experienced, you are
welcome to join us;
we will be meeting
every 6-8 weeks or
so.
There’s no need to
attend every
gathering; come when
you want and are
able to do so. The
restaurants will
change in accordance
with the group’s
palate and
resources.
