RCS Multiple sclerosis team organizing

RCS faculty, staff and students are organizing a team to walk in the annual Multiple Sclerosis Society Walk.

Middle school science teacher Penolope O’Brien said she has started meetings with students to determine what shape RCS’ fundraising efforts for MS Society will take this year.

The team will consist of faculty, staff and students – some of whom have been affected by MS  whether themselves or through a loved one.

O’Brien was approached by students to take part in the walk in 2003 and has been joined by students, faculty and staff ever since. This year’s walk will take place at the Empire State Plaza in Albany on May 4.
