National Honor Society ranks to grow

RCS High School’s annual induction ceremony for the  National Honor Society will be Thursday, at 1 p.m. in the high school auditorium.

To be eligible for membership consideration, sophomore, junior, and senior students must have a cumulative grade point average of 90 percent or better.  Additionally, potential members must meet high standards of leadership, service, and character.  A comprehensive survey is sent to all high school faculty and staff to evaluate these three qualities.  These evaluations as well as the students’ activities are reviewed by a five-member faculty council to determine the final list of candidates.
