At 6:07 p.m., President Varney called the meeting to order.  On a motion by Ms. Elliott, seconded by Mr. Vadney the Board approved, by unanimous voice vote, going into Executive Session to discuss matters leading to the employment/appointment of a particular individual.

The BOE returned to open session at 6:53 p.m.

A motion to approve the appointment of Joseph Pizzo to the position of Treasurer was made by Ms. Hafensteiner, seconded by Mr. Vadney.

The motion was approved by a unanimous voice vote.
