At 5:44 p.m., President Varney called the meeting to order.  The pledge was recited and a moment of silence was observed.

At 5:45 p.m., on a motion by Mr. Sorensen, seconded by Mr. Bonafide, and approved by a unanimous voice vote, the BOE entered executive session to discuss the employment history of a particular firm.

The Clerk left the room at this time.

4.   Adjournment At 6:48 PM, on a motion by Mr. Vadney, seconded by Mr. Sorensen, and approved by a unanimous voice vote the BOE adjourned.
