At 7:10 p.m., on a motion by Ms. Elliott, seconded by Mr. Hughes, the BOE entered executive session to:

3.1   Discuss employment history of a particular individual.

The motion passed by a unanimous voice vote.

Motion approved

4.  Adjournment: The Board came out of executive session and adjourned at 10:19 p.m.
