RCS strongly supports a school climate that
is safe and welcoming to all students. The
district recognizes that physical,
emotional, and social bullying, harassment
or intimidation can jeopardize students’
academic achievement and undermine their
emotional and physical well-being.
For these reasons, RCS faculty, staff and
administrators are committed to working
toward eliminating bullying/harassment with
a strong and immediate response to any and
all incidents they are aware of.
Disciplinary action, counseling and
intervention for the bully and emotional and
psychological support for the victim, will
be provided.
RCS and its supporters are working to ensure
a safe, secure and encouraging learning
environment for all.
