◊ Grounds/Custodial
The department is responsible for
maintaining all aspects of the physical plants and grounds
of district facilities. The department can be reached at 756-5200, ext.

◊ Human Resources
The department oversees all of the
district’s approximately 500 full- and part-time faculty,
staff and personnel and manages the contracts with their
unions. The department can be reached at 756-5200, ext.

◊ Instructional Services
Instructional
Services is responsible for all academic activities
and curriculum in the district.

◊ Special Services
The Special Services Department oversees the special
education program at RCS. The department is directed by CCSE/CPSE
Supervisor Elaine Dykeman.

The department is responsible for
maintaining all computer and telephone access in district
facilities. Technology Director Jeff Clemens, who can be
