Guidance offices are located in each school. The department is based in the High School, which can be contacted at 756-5200, ext. 2007. 

Grounds/Custodial
The department is responsible for maintaining all aspects of the physical plants and grounds of district facilities. The department can be reached at 756-5200, ext. 7001.

Human Resources
The department oversees all of the district’s approximately 500 full- and part-time faculty, staff and personnel and manages the contracts with their unions. The department can be reached at 756-5200, ext. 6114.

Instructional Services
Instructional Services is responsible for all academic activities and curriculum in the district. Assistant Superintendent for Instruction Elisabeth R. Smith oversees the department. She can be reached at 756-5200, ext. 6007.

Special Services
The Special Services Department oversees the special education program at RCS. The department is directed by CCSE/CPSE Supervisor Elaine Dykeman. She can be reached at 756-5200 ext. 3033 or ext. 3082.
