Students with Special Health Needs
If your child
has any special health needs or concerns, please give your
school nurse a call. This information is kept confidential
due to New York State Education privacy laws but can be very
important for a successful experience in school. If you
would like critical medical information relayed to other
school personnel, you may email or call them directly.
Examples of such
needs are as follows:

Diabetes

Seizure
disorders
-
Allergies
requiring medication i.e. bee sting, peanut, latex and
food allergies, etc.

Asthma
-
Hearing, vision and/or
speech impairments
