Board of Education member Sarah Hafensteiner talks to P.B.C. students on Thursday about how colonial settlers used sand to make bricks. Students went to the Hafensteiner property to release trout in the Coeymans creek.

Dear families:

Please take note that parent orientation for the Parents of Incoming Kindergarteners (9/08) is April 23 at Pieter B. Coeymans Elementary School. It will start at 6 p.m. and run to 7p.m.

This is a great opportunity to meet the Kindergarten teachers, Principal and parents of your child’s future classmates.

Also, you can learn about the educational program and learn how to prepare your child for Kindergarten, as well as take a tour of the building and visit a Kindergarten room.
