Percussionist, RCS grad brings rhythm and inspiration to high school's Propel class

LEARN MORE

RCS grad and professional percussionist Brian Melick brought passion and insight to students in the high school's Propel program on Wednesday. Melick’s message to the students was simple: “Have a passion for something and see it through. Follow your dreams and never let anyone discourage you.” Melick displayed his passion for drums and taught the students and Bryan Wood, dean of students at the high school, how to play them.

AW Becker's Ride for Missing & Exploited Children takes place Sep. 25

The purpose of the ride is to raise awareness of the plight of missing and exploited children and their families; to teach children about personal safety; and to raise money for posters of missing children. You can make a donation by writing a check made out to "NCMEC" and send it to the main office by September 24th.
