Here's latest local cost projections on EXCEL Capital Project
A final cost
projection by firm Fiscal Advisors & Marketing Inc. shows that total
yearly cost to RCS taxpayers of Proposition 1 - EXCEL
proposition - going before voters on Oct. 9 would fluctuate between
$1,577 to $6,409 after a first year payment of $38,290.

While
state announced plans on Thursday to financially encourage school
district’s to go green, RCS has been turning green for more than a year
in an effort to reduce energy usage and maximize its use of taxpayer
“greenbacks.”
