PBC Second Grade student Zach Bathrick, a member of the Ravena Junior Grange, happily shows off one of the dozens of dictionaries the Grange  gave to third grade students at Pieter B. Coeymans Elementary School on Friday as part of the "Words for Thirds" program. Below, students in Sue Walko's Kindergarten class line-up Tuesday to taste the fruits of their labor during a Thanksgiving Feast. The students worked on Monday to prepare the feast, which included a stew, pumpkin pie, apple pie, and other traditional fare.

A female war veteran who served two tours of duty in Iraq drew a crowd of well over 100 students and faculty on Tuesday as she talked about her experiences during two tours of duty.
