EXCEL vote open house slated for Oct. 4

The district will conduct an open house on
6 p.m. on Oct. 4 to discuss and show what would be fixed with the approval of the propositions going before voters on Oct. 9.


National Honor Society to turn tech trash into cash

The High School National Honor Society is collecting electronic waste - everything from old or broken ink jets and cell phones to digital cameras - as part of a new fundraiser.


Evening of activities planned for Oct. 9

A chicken barbecue fundraiser, free movie and the junior ring ceremony are planned.


Juniors encouraged to sign-up for PSAT exam

Guidance Counselors are encouraging juniors to take next month’s PSAT exam as a way of preparing for the SAT determining what academic areas need to be honed prior to the spring SAT exam.

Parents and guardians of RCS students are encouraged to payoff in a timely manner any meal charges their students make.

More than 20 A.W. Becker and Pieter B. Coeymans elementary school students crafted their own song  Sept. 19 with the assistance of popular WGNA morning radio show host Richie Phillips.


Have dinner and help the middle school

Dinner is planned for October 9.


AWB teams with health professionals to boost health, exercise and nutrition in families

October 4 event will feature a nutritionist, athletes, physician, Tai Kwan Do expert and more.
