Interim Superintendent Dr. Michael Johnson began work on Tuesday by meeting with officials from the State Education Department, Athletic Director Ron Racey and  middle school principals Pam Black and Liz SantaBarbara.  SED officials conducted an audit of the department this week.


Board of Ed. to reorganize

The RCS Board of Education will conduct its annual reorganization meeting on Monday, July 7. 


Interim superintendent starts work at RCS

Interim Superintendent Dr. Michael Johnson started work this morning, meeting with fellow administrators and preparing for the necessary buildup that occurs during the summer months in preparation for the start of the school year.

Using humor, melody and memories, more than 150 members of the RCS Class of 2008 walked down the aisle and into their futures Saturday.

When senior Jamie Breedlove walked across the stage of the Empire State Plaza Convention Center on Saturday, she did something that has come naturally to her for the past four years - attended a school function.

Middle School honors excellence during eighth grade moving-up ceremony

Dozens of RCS eighth grade students were honored during Wednesday’s moving-up ceremony in the high school.

Cheerleading tryouts announced

Tryouts for the JV and Varsity cheerleading squads will be conducted next week.


Girl's basketball camp to be held
