Slowed start for Kindergarten reduces crying, more

While more than 2,200 students will file into the halls of RCS for the first day of classes Wednesday, only a handful of them will be kindergarten students. And they are being accompanied by their parents.


As reported on channels 10 and 6, new teachers receive training

Approximately 10 teachers started their new teaching careers at RCS on Tuesday as students.

A.W.B. preps for Ride for Missing Children

A contingent of 75 bicyclists will include A.W. Elementary School on their ride to raise awareness of missing and exploited children, Interim Superintendent Michael Johnson reported.
