With the seventh Annual Wellness Walk just around the corner, the RCS Wellness Committee is kicking off the RCS Wellness Marathon, a fun and easy way to run a marathon (26.2 Miles).
How is it done?
Marathoners must run or walk at least 21.2 miles between March 30 and April 28. You can run or walk a mile at a time or up to five miles on different days. Any combination of running or walking works as long as it adds up to 21.2 miles. The last 5 miles will be finished at the 7th Annual Wellness Walk to be held from 1-4 p.m., April 29 at our High School Track.
Who can participate?
All RCS students, faculty, families and friends.

A log is provided to track your progress. Logs will be handed out at School.
Hand in your log
Sign in and you’ve earned it a RCS Marathon wristband and head band!
If you don’t get to run or walk the distance, you are still welcome to join us at our 7th Annual Wellness Walk. April 29, 2018 from 1 to 4 p.m. at the RCS High School.
