Employee Assistance Program
RCS makes the Employee Assistance Program (EAP) available to employees through the Capital Region BOCES. EAP is a free, confidential service for employees seeking help with problems that are having a negative influence on their lives. These can include relationship/family or child related stress, work conflicts, financial strain, substance abuse, legal or health problems.
EAP services provides easily accessible, responsive, confidential phone consultations, along with in-person assessments, short-term counseling and referral services.
If you have any suggestions for wellness programs you would like to see offered please let us know. The EAP program is staffed by Licensed Social Workers.

All RCS faculty, staff and substitutes now have the ability to complete their annual HazCom training requirement electronically through the Capital Region BOCES. Be sure to read the instructions carefully. Failure to properly follow directions may result in your not receiving credit for completing the training.
Complete all required registration questions and follow the directions given. You may use your work or personal e-mail address to register. The password can be any password of your choosing.
Remember the email address and password you use to register. The email address you use becomes your “login” for the online training. The password will also work with the online Bloodborne Pathogens trainings, if you also need that training.
IMPORTANT: Once you see the registration message, “Thank you for your registration. Your information has been submitted to the event host,” you will need to access your email account and read your email to get the training URL link.
Click on the training URL link that is delivered to your email address to begin the training. Your school district will be notified that you took this training.
