most cases, children are provided
door-to-door pick up and drop off services.
Parents will receive transportation
information in the mail from the school

Occupational Education. Students
attending the center on Watervliet-Shaker
Road will be picked up in the morning on the
buses that serve students who attend Albany
schools.
Special Transportation. Parents whose
children attend out-of-district schools not
listed on this site or in the September

notified by the independent contractors.
St. Thomas, Mt. Moriah, and Children's
Students. If your area or pickup point
is not listed under St. Thomas runs, this
could mean that a student will use High
School/Middle School buses for the morning
pickup.
Transfers. Some students for
out-of-district schools will transfer at the
high school by 7:05 a.m.
Pick-up & Drop-off Points. Students must
be picked up from and dropped off at the
same place every day, unless special
permission from the principal has been
granted. A special bus pass must be obtained
from the principal and given to the bus
driver.
Changes in Pick-up Points. If you know
before school starts that you want your
child picked up or dropped off someplace
other than your home, call the building
principal for a special bus pass. No passes
will be given out at the Middle School or
the High School on Fridays. To make a
change, call and send a letter to
your child’s school principal. NOTE:
After school starts, no change in
pickup and drop off points will take place
for two weeks |
