Meet the members of the RCS Board of Education:
Teddy Reville, President
Reville is the protective and marine coatings manager for the Sherwin-Williams Company. A district resident for more than a decade, Reville and his wife, Rebecca, have three children, Lauren, Eddie and Cody.
Jason Hyslop, Vice President
Hyslop and his wife, Theresa have two children, Skyler and Hayden. A graduate of RCS, Hyslop is employed at SABIC as a color technical specialist.
A lifelong district resident and RCS class of 1988 graduate, Engel is employed as a teacher and coach at Avrill Park High School. He and his wife, Sarah, have three children, Grace, Brady and Charlie.
Furst-Hotaling is a compliance coordinator with Northeast Career Planning, assisting individuals with disabilities. She graduated from Coxsackie-Athens and holds a degree in business administration from SUNY Cobleskill and a bachelor’s degree in human service administration from Empire College. She has been president and treasurer of the Pieter B. Coeymans PTO, treasurer of the Coeymans Hollow Ladies Auxiliary and has coached RCS Youth Soccer and Hudson Valley Little League. Furst-Hotaling and her husband, Ronald have three children, Savannah, Shane and Samuel.
Hill-Burns and her husband, Eric, live in Ravena and have a son, Austin. A 1997 RCS graduate, she is employed in the information technology field as an IT Asset Management Associate at the New York Independent System Operator.
Latter is a finance analyst for SABIC Plastics in Selkirk. He graduated from RCS and holds a bachelor’s degree in finance and accounting from Syracuse University. Latter manages a Little League team and has coached youth basketball. He and his wife Amanda have three children: Joseph, James III and Anthony.
McFerran graduated from Bethlehem High School and holds a bachelor’s degree in business management from Springfield College. He is a project manager for the NYS Department of Health. He has been active in the A.W. Becker PTO, as a board member and manager of the Hudson Valley Little League and coached for RCS Youth Soccer, RCS basketball and Bethlehem Tomboys. He and his wife, Kim, have three children, Mollie, Jack and Katie.
Rexford and her husband, Steve, live in Ravena and have two daughters, Rexford is a graduate of RCS and long-time resident of the district. She is employed by Anthem as an operations expert and is involved in Ravena Youth Basketball.
Ross is a resident of Feura Bush, where he lives with his wife and three children. He works as a teacher of technology education in the Averill Park Central School District. He is a graduate of Shaker High School, had a B.S. from Oswego State Univ. and a masters in education from Walden Univ.
