Hands-on Science Night builds bridges to learning at Pieter B. Coeymans

student working with adults on science projectMore than 80 students participated in a night designed to engage young minds with science. The Hands-on Science Night at Pieter B. Coeymans on Nov. 18 challenged students and their families to build a model bridge that could hold an eight-pound load.

“It was exciting and fun to see all of the different designs that each student or family created,” event organizer Tony Linter said.
