Learning a foreign language isn’t always easy, but it can be fun. Eighth grade students in Ms. Volinsky’s Spanish class and Mrs. Crawford’s French class put their new language skills on display, performing skits based on their food and beverages unit.

With a restaurant setting for their performances, students wrote their own dialogue, ordering meals from a server.

“The students really enjoyed performing and ordering foods,” Crawford said.
