Students volunteering with the STARS Intergen program at Ravena-Coeymans-Selkirk Middle School are expanding their repertoire, becoming teachers for senior citizens in the community. The students are hosting workshops for seniors to bring their tech devices and technology questions to be answered and explained.
Teaching phone and computer skills also allows students to earn work hours toward earning their CDOS (Career Development and Occupational Studies) Credential along with their Regents diploma.
