The book, chosen for its fun, playful and enjoyable reading, seemed a perfect fit for the OSOB program where every student will read each chapter at the same time. With readings from the book each day, students will be given the chance to answer trivia questions and partake in various activities meant to unite children around the book.

“The program brings our school community together by reading the same book at the same time,” teacher Jennifer McGuiness said.

This year students also have an opportunity to participate in “Read for Ronald McDonald House” in conjunction with the One School, One Book program.
