Library Media Center

Mission: To foster a community of learning and literacy that leads to high academic achievement, collaboration, critical thinking, and independent reading.

The RCS High School library is open to students the entire school day except periods, 5, 7, and 8. With permission from their teachers, students must sign up from their study halls. The library is a member of the Capital Region BOCES School Library System, and, through interlibrary loans, can obtain materials from other school libraries.

Books may be borrowed for four weeks. The library does not charge overdue fines but requests replacement payment for lost or unreturned materials. Photocopying and computer printing are free. One copy per student, please.
