Aquatics Center

The state-of-the-art RCS Aquatic Center opened in August 2005. The 25-yard pool hosts physical education classes, daily community swim periods, and adult/continuing education courses. There are a variety of courses being offered at all times. The pool schedule is created monthly. Copies of the schedule can be found on the wall outside the pool area, at the high school main office, or on the RCS Aquatics Facebook page.

Open/Lap swimming at the RCS Aquatics Center Returns

We are happy to announce the return of Open/Lap swimming at the RCS Aquatics Center. Please be patient with us as we work through the new process.

Anyone wishing to use the aquatics center will need to sign up online using SignupGenius, click here to sign up. They will also need to have a pool pass from the district, learn how to register below.

Open/Lap swim will be offered on Wednesday and Thursday evenings from 5 - 6 p.m and three different time slots on Saturdays, 12:15 - 1 p.m, 1:15 - 2 p.m, and 2:15 - 3 p.m. Please do not come into the facility until 5 minutes prior to your time slot, and please exit within 10 minutes of your end time. This will minimize the number of people on deck at any given time.

Locker rooms are available for changing and bathroom use only, showering after swimming is not allowed at this time. Please also note, face coverings must be worn at all times while not in the pool. There are hooks on the walls at the ends of every lane to hang masks on while swimming.

Open swimming will be available in lanes 1 & 6 for up to 5 members of the same household at a time. Lanes 2 through 5 will each be available for 2 lap swimmers at a time with swimmers entering, resting, and exiting at opposite ends of the pool.

Please limit your signups to one slot per week initially. On any given day, any open slots may be reserved by anyone.

Thank you for your patience, we look forward to getting everyone safely back in the pool!
