• Doors open at 5:30 p.m. for general admission, and seating is first-come, first-serve. Tickets are not required, and there is no limit to the number of attendees. 

• For anyone who requires handicap accommodations or seating, doors will open at 5:00 p.m., one additional person will be allowed in with that individual. A map will be forthcoming for handicap-accessible seating or accommodations.

• Students who are driving or getting a ride to the Convention Center must be in their assigned meeting room by 5:15 pm.  It takes fifteen minutes to get from your vehicle to the meeting room, so please plan accordingly. 

Transportation: A bus will be provided for our seniors who are unable to secure their own ride to and/or from the Convention Center. There will be a sign-up sheet in the main office in order to determine who would like to utilize this transport. Students who are riding the bus must report to the high school by 4:15 p.m. The buses will leave at 4:30 p.m. sharp.
