Each school Building Leadership Team (BLT) sets targets, or goals, for 1-2 years that are specific, measurable, and aligned with district goals.  School teams also develop a plan of action or steps, they will take to accomplish these goals over the course of the year.   Finally, they identify specific check-in points to review progress toward these goals throughout the year.  The information below includes the specific targets for each school.
