Get ready for a fun winter evening at the Pieter B. Big or Small Winter Ball! For the safety and convenience of all attendees on Saturday, January 31, RCS and the Pieter B. PTO have designated two parking areas and entrances for students and their guests attending the event in the RCS High School Main Gym. Please be sure to review the parking and entry details below before arriving, as the main entrance to the high school and other doors will not be open for this event.
Pre-Registration is required for this event. Registration closes at 12 p.m. on the day of the event, January 31, at 12 pm, and the PTO asks that each student be registered separately. For additional adult guests, there will be a $5 fee. Here is the link to register.
Doors open at 4:50 p.m. and the event will run from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Concessions will be available for purchase during the event. For questions, please contact pbcpto@rcscsd.org.
Parking locations and entrances are as follows:
The primary entrance and parking lot will be located in the back of the high school gym, where the dance will take place. This can be accessed from Rt. 101 entrance, which is located at the rear of the Middle School/High School Campus. Please use the door marked with the arrow to check in (see photo below).
The secondary parking and entrance will be at the Aquatic Center, close to the stadium. From this location, you will walk straight down the hall to the main gym.
