Our scholastic athletes were celebrated this week at the annual Ravena-Coeymans-Selkirk Athletic End-of-Year Awards Ceremony on Monday, June 8, 2026. The award ceremony started with an introduction from Athletic Director Mr. Tacelli, who thanked the athletes and coaches for their time, effort, and dedication to the program. He also thanked all the members of the RCS Sports Association for their support of the program throughout the year.
After the introduction, each team coach for the 2025-2026 scholastic year shared highlights of their season and recognized those student-athletes on their teams for being the Most Valuable Player and Most Improved Player. The ceremony concluded with end-of-year awards. The nominees for those awards are as follows.
RCS Scholar Athlete Award: Awarded to a male and female athlete who have earned two varsity letters during their senior year, have a high GPA among all senior athletes, and have had at least one outstanding season.

Coaches Award: Awarded to a male and female senior athlete who earned two varsity letters during their senior year and represented "Respect-Courage-Strength" throughout their athletic career. RCS Sportsmanship Awards: Awarded to a male and female senior athlete who earned two varsity letters during their senior year and showed the most respect towards their fellow teammates, coaches, spectators, fans, and opponents.
