Dear Pieter B Parents and Families,
We hope this message finds you well. We kindly request your cooperation in helping us maintain a safe and secure environment for all our students. Please avoid having your student arrive at school before 9:00 a.m. Supervision is not provided, nor do our doors open before that time, except for students going to breakfast at 8:50 a.m. Students report to their classrooms at 9:00 a.m. Please do not use the playground during arrival time, as this has caused a safety concern with students walking across the drop-off path and vehicles dropping off students.
Furthermore, after school dismissal, the playground is reserved exclusively for the private company's aftercare program, which has been granted sole rights to use this space during its operational hours. We understand that the playground is a fun and appealing area for children, but for the safety and privacy of all participants in the aftercare program, we ask that families promptly leave school grounds following dismissal. This allows the aftercare team to carry out their activities smoothly and ensures that all children in their care are accounted for. We truly appreciate your understanding and support in helping us uphold these guidelines. Your cooperation is essential in creating a safe and respectful environment for all students.
