On Thursday, June 17 a group of RCS students consisting of sophomores, juniors and a senior were presented with membership cards and recognized for meeting high standards of scholarship, service, leadership, and character. As part of the induction process, a comprehensive survey is sent to all high school faculty and staff to evaluate the qualities of those recommended for induction, with a five-member faculty council determining the final list of inductees.

“My co-adviser, Kelly Cobb, and I are so excited to welcome this group of 27 students into RCS's chapter of National Honor Society.  We look forward to working with them next school year,” said National Honor Society, Co- Adviser Ms. Foley. “We also wish our graduating senior members all the best in their new endeavors. In addition, we want to take this time to acknowledge and thank this year's officers, Co-Presidents Ashley Cross and Grace Engel; Co-Secretaries Ashley Bienvenue and Claire Pike; and, Treasurer Diya Mathai.”

The virtual event also included words of inspiration and encouragement to the new inductees and their families by RCS High School Principal Dr. Patierne.
