Halloween is this coming Sunday, October 31st and many RCS community members will be preparing for or participating in Halloween activities with their families and community. As part of the preparation, the New York State Division of Consumer Protection has shared some reminders related to keeping safe on Halloween and the many aspects of it including health, pedestrians, costumes, and more.
