On Wednesday, December 10, the RCS Board of Education hosted its third and final Student Recognition Awards Ceremony of 2025, celebrating the outstanding achievements of elementary students from A.W. Becker and Pieter B. Coeymans. Congratulations to the 56 3rd, 4th, and 5th grade students who were honored during this special event! Each award highlights a significant level of effort and testing perseverance.
These students have shown exceptional commitment to their learning, approaching challenges with determination and pride. Their accomplishments reflect both their individual dedication and the strong support of their families, teachers, and school community.
Students recognized at this ceremony earned a score of 4 on last year’s New York State ELA, Reading, and/or Math exams. We commend all of these students for their hard work and look forward to their continued success throughout the school year!
