This week, A.W. Becker and Pieter B. Coeymans Elementary Schools celebrated their fifth-grade students during their annual Moving Up Ceremonies at RCS High School.
Surrounded by family members, teachers, staff, and classmates, students were recognized for their growth and accomplishments throughout their elementary school years. During the ceremonies, A.W. Becker Principal Mr. Doran and Pieter B. Coeymans Principal Mr. Jones congratulated students on reaching this important milestone and encouraged them to embrace the opportunities and experiences that await them in middle school.
As these students embark on the next phase of their educational journey, they will encounter new teachers, develop new skills, and discover new opportunities to learn, grow, and build lasting memories. As they officially leave elementary school behind, they carry with them the lessons, friendships, and experiences that have helped shape them along the way.
