Happy Autism Awareness Month! The month of April is used to provide educational information about Autism while empowering and celebrating differences! To raise awareness, PBC has been sharing facts over the announcements each day to provide students with a better understanding of Autism, as well as allowing them the opportunity to ask questions.
Seen above last Friday, dressed up in blue to celebrate, is the Pieter B. Coeymans Multi-Age Team of Ms. Rice, Ms. Villa, Ms. Emerick, Ms. Olmeda, and Ms. Martone, along with Principal Jones, in front of the wonderful interactive and informational Autism Awareness Month bulletin board put together by Social Worker Ms. Barry.
