RCS has enjoyed strong partnerships with a number of local manufacturing companies over the years. Our students have been fortunate to tour and learn about local manufacturing from companies such as SABIC, Owens Corning, and Plug Power. These manufacturers are coming to RCS in partnership with the Bethlehem Chamber of Commerce and in celebration of National Manufacturing Day (which was on October 6).
These three companies will have representatives at our upcoming October 13, 2023, RCS High School Varsity football game, starting at 6:30 p.m. This event is an opportunity to learn about local job opportunities in our community with companies that have excellent starting salaries with a range of benefits, flexible hours, and different types of positions available. Some of these companies will also be scheduling tours of their facilities.
We encourage all attendees to stop by their tents between the front entrance of the stadium and the concession stand, starting at 6:30 p.m. for information and giveaways.
