The RCS HS Drama Department held its annual Cabaret fundraiser on November 16, with incredible performances from students and faculty. The night began with a silent auction of generously donated items accompanied by baked goods. The Department set an ambitious fundraising goal for itself this year and excitingly surpassed it! It was an evening sweeter than they could imagine.
“We want to thank the families who did so much work and made so many donations - it would not have been as wonderful without them. It was a community affair! Our students were so amazing as well - they gave their best performances!” - Michelle McLoughlin, HS Drama Department Advisor.
The money raised by this fundraiser will go to the Department’s annual spring production. This year’s production will be the wonderful classic Mary Poppins. Stay tuned for details after the new year.
