We want to inform our community that, over the summer, you may notice an increased presence of police vehicles and officers in the afternoons on our Middle School and High School campuses. The Albany County Sheriff's Department has requested to use our Middle School facilities after school for training purposes. Some of this training will involve their cadets practicing situations in a school or public setting.
We are grateful for this partnership and look forward to supporting their training efforts.
