Dear Parents and Guardians,
We are pleased to send this letter reminding you of the RCS High School Open House on Thursday, September 29, from 6:00 - 7:00 p.m. Please note this is a new time, earlier than the one originally shared with families. This evening will provide you with a great opportunity to meet the teachers, staff, and administration of the RCS High School.
You will have the opportunity to meet each of your student's teachers and receive a copy of the syllabus, in addition to any other information pertinent to your student's success. Instead of following a schedule and bells like in years past, you are invited to grab a cup of coffee and a dessert and walk around the building to make connections with your student’s teachers. This meet-and-greet style open house will allow our families to connect on a more personal level with our staff and learn more about who will be working with your student.
If you have your student’s schedule, please bring it with you. We will provide them for you if needed. Please use your student's schedule to determine where you will go during Open House. You are welcome to visit as many or as few teachers as you would like. Additionally, families will also have the opportunity to sign up to have a conference with any of their student’s teachers, if they would like to have a more personal conversation about their student at a later date.
We look forward to meeting with you next Thursday, as well as working collaboratively to get every student to high levels of success!
