RCS Athletics is proud to announce our student-athletes and coach who were selected to represent RCS at the recent Colonial Council Sportsmanship Summit for high school student-athletes!
The annual event held at Lawson Lake County Park brings together student-athletes and coaches from area districts to have a fun day, meet new friends, and bring back information learned to their home schools. This year's guest speaker was Mr. Powell Cucchiella from "Positively Elite" to share his knowledge about the importance of Mental and Physical Wellness within Sport Performance.
