The RCS Board of Education will hold its Annual Budget Hearing, Meet the Candidates Night, and a regular meeting in person in the High School Library.

For those interested in attending, the doors to the library will be open starting at 5:45 p.m. The agenda for this meeting may be found on BoardDocs. Additional public access to the meeting will begin at approximately 6:00 p.m. via live stream, which you can find the link here. Please note this link will only work during the meeting. Within 1-2 days of the meeting, the recording of the board meeting will be available on the Ravena-Coeymans-Selkirk Central School District YouTube Channel.

The development of a school budget is a continuous year-round process between the Board of Education and district administrators. In preparation for the 2026-27 budget, presentations on specific departments/areas will be presented to the Board in the weeks leading up to the presentation of the overall budget for consideration by the Board. Tuesday, May 19, 2026, from 7:00 a.m. - 9:00 p.m. - Annual Budget Vote: Voting will be held in the High School Main Gym, which is accessible from our Rt. 101 entrance, located at the rear of the Middle School/High School Campus. This is the most direct and accessible route to the voting location. Signage will be on 9W and on campus to direct voters to the polls. Reminder: For safety reasons, voters will not be permitted to drive through the center of the middle and high school campus during drop-off from 7:00-7:45 a.m. and dismissal from 1:45-3:00 p.m. During these times, voters must access the parking lot via Route 101.
