🌟 Bravo to the RCS Middle School Drama Club! The stage at RCS High School transformed into a fairytale world as our middle school performers brought Shrek the Musical Jr. to life! With big laughs, memorable songs, and standout performances, the cast and crew delivered a show that was both heartwarming and hilarious. More photos on our Facebook page.
Yesterday, we celebrated our incredible bus drivers and transportation staff. Rain or shine, early mornings and late nights, our RCS Transportation Staff work tirelessly to keep our students safe and get them where they need to go!
Bus drivers do so much more than drive - they connect people. They are some of the first hellos in the morning, the ones who celebrate with congratulatory high-fives after an away game day win, and they provide a listening ear on those hard days. Thank you for all that you do!
RCS staff spent the afternoon focused on professional development, engaging in sessions on restorative practices at the elementary and secondary levels, certification pathways, and curriculum planning. In addition to learning and collaboration, staff enjoyed a fun fitness session with RCS retiree Terry Crawford!

Reminder: The deadline for lottery applications for Discovery Camp is Friday, March 1, 2024. Discovery Camp is four weeks of instruction during the summer comprised of Project Based Learning units that include developing rich vocabulary, engaging in hands-on learning, and developing deep learning around topics of high interest and cross curricular.
